Beneath this stone in welle arned rest
lies strong arms and manly breast
On one who well earth's toil fulfilled
in forests felled and meadows tilled
And of their fruits to toil bestowed
gave freely as to mery owed
Now freed from earth's toils and cares
The faithful servant's crown he wears
